As one of the core values for the company, integrity affects not only our people and reputation but also the reliability of our operations, both of which are foundations for our performance in environmental, health and safety.
Hunt draws on the leadership and expertise of all employees to find innovative ways to promote environmental, health and safety stewardship and meet our social responsibilities.
We maintain the integrity of these issues through the Hunt Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System, Integrity Matters.
Hunt observes the petroleum industry's best practices in health and safety management systems with Integrity Matters, Hunt's EHS Management System. Integrity is the foundation for our performance in environmental, health and safety, and, as one of the core values for the company, integrity affects not only our people and reputation but also the reliability of our operations.
Through Integrity Matters, Hunt has developed international best practices that define how we communicate EHS leadership and vision through the company and through third party organizations to deliver meaningful results on the ground.
By thinking about 'integrity,' Hunt achieved its lowest ever employee injury incident rate and the best combined employee/contractor rate (over 7 million work-hours without a Lost Time Incident) in the history of the Company in 2007. In 2010, the Hunt operated PERU LNG Project surpassed 10,000,000 work-hours without a Lost Time Incident. Our approach has also resulted in a wide range of environmental and social accomplishments.
